Chris's Story
Bergen County Barbell/BCB Training Systems is owned and operated by Chris Della Fave: World ranked multiply powerlifter, current All-Time World Record (ATWR) holder, International Powerlifting Association New Jersey State Chair, and Host of the State of the Union Podcast.
Chris has been competing on the National and International scale since 2007. He has competed raw, singleply, multiply and unlimited with best raw lifts of 610/495/775, best single ply lifts of 1005/705/850/2555(ATWR), best multiply lifts of 1160(ATWR)/777/910/2735(ATWR) and unlimited lifts of 1160/900/900/2870(ATWR).
He has elite totals in three weight classes - 220, 242 and 275. Chris currently holds the 242lb All-Time World Record triple crown —- 2555 (singleply) 2735 (multiply) 2870 (unlimited).

Over the last 13 years Chris has trained a variety of lifters from novice to pros and all are cared for and handled individually to ensure he produces only the highest quality results. His experience teaching and coaching has allowed him to work with hundreds of people - all who are trying to get better in some way. During his tenure, Chris has worked with/partnered with several companies such as Animal Pak, MHP, Overkill Strength equipment, Titan strength sports, team 10/20/life as well as Captain Jackd. Currently Chris represents GCode Nutrition, Bergen Chiropractic, Wicked Wolf Beard Co., Battle Ready Strength and now Accelerated Research
